Our Employment Staff and Administrators at OhioMeansJobs Marion County prioritize collaborative relationships with community partners and reentry coalitions because we know working together to streamline necessary resources to individuals upon release is imperative to reducing recidivism.

  Citizen Circle 

OhioMeansJobs Marion County is a proud member of the Marion Citizen Circle. Hosted by the local Marion Goodwill, a round-table of various community members from different organizations & agencies come together with a goal of providing resources and tools for justice-involved citizens.  The meeting occurs every third Tuesday of the month from 9:00AM - 11:00AM at the Goodwill Training & Education Center.

Reentering the workforce after incarceration can feel overwhelming - that’s why our Employment Specialists are skilled in navigating 2nd chance employers and community resources to help guide you to success. 

Staff members can help craft employment-ready resumes, prepare individuals for difficult interview questions, and find employment tailored to your needs.
