#2.) Next, our program specialist, Corey, will reach out for introductions and provide an overview of the program.
Afterward, he will gather any additional information to confirm if you meet the program guidelines.
#3.) Once determined eligible for the program, you will be enrolled - congratulations!
Schedule your next appointment, earn an incentive for attending, and create your roadmap and goals with your CARE Team Lead!
#4.) You’re all set! Meet regularly with your team for support, earn incentives for milestones accomplished in your roadmap, and continue on the path to success!
